Shipping and Delivery Information |

Parcels are delivered to your home or office between 8am – 6pm on Thursday's only as long as your order is placed before 12 midnight on Mondays. For orders placed after 12 midnight on Monday they will be delivered on the following Thursday between the times of 8am – 6pm.
Your orders are made up specifically to order from fresh product daily and are sent in a temperature controlled carton by courier with a 24 hr delivery time. Orders will require a signature upon delivery unless instructions are entered into the "Special Delivery Instructions" box stating where to leave the order. Should the delivery instructions require our courier to leave the box unattended then ownership of that order will pass to the customer as if it were signed for as our courier will have carried out the customers instructions. Our courier will leave a card stating that the order has been delivered.
Sally's Sizzling Sausage Co. will not accept responsibility for any orders that go missing after delivery has taken place.
Delivery Charges
Orders over £40 are delivered to mainland Great Britain for free. We cannot deliver to Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands or the Isle of Wight.
For security reasons, unless you have already made arrangements with us, we will not accept orders by e-mail. (Please do not include your credit card details in any e-mail).
