Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions |

1) To enter a competition you must be :
a) UK resident; and
b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2) All entries will go into one free prize draw to win a refund of all orders placed on-line by the winner from 1st May 2007 - 31st August 2007. The prize will be allocated to one winner to win a refund of all orders placed by the winner from 1st May 2007 - 31st August 2007. The draw will be held on September 17th 2007. The panel of judges will include at least one member independent of the promoter and its agents. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The closing date for the receipt of entries is 12 midnight on 31st August 2007. For a list of winners please contact enquiries@sallyssizzlers.com within six weeks of the closing date.
3) Internet connection charges will be charged as per your ISP provider.
4) Prizes are offered subject to availability. In the event of unforseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
5)The TERMS OF USE of this website form part of these rules. By entering the competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules. By placing an order with Sally's Sizzling Sausage Co. between 1st May 2007 - 31st August 2007 you will automatically be entered into the competition. Each and every order will be counted as an entry into the competition.
6) Should you not wish to be bound by these rules and not enter the competition please write to Sally's Sizzling Sausage Co. of 221 Central Markets, Smithfield, London EC1A 9LH and your entry(s) will be removed from the competition.
7) The competition winner will be notified by email no later than 28 days after the closing date of the competition provided all the information contained in the order details are correct.
8) Should there be issues with the contact details contained in the order information and the winner cannot be contacted then the prize will be withdrawn and another winner will be selected at random.
9) Entries will become the property of Sally's Sizzling Sausage Co. and will not be returned.
10) No cash alternative will be offered.
11) Only the maximum number of prizes listed will be awarded.
12) Sally's Sizzling Sasuage Co. will only use any personal details you provide in accordance with the privacy policy set out on this website with the following additions for this competition only:
- Prize winner(s) addresse(s) will be used to send out the prize(s).
- The name and county of the prize winner(s) will be made available on request in accordance with clause 2.
- Sally's Sizzling Sausage Co. reserve the right to use the name(s) and address(es) of winner(s)and photographs of them in any publicity.
13) There is no limit to the amount of entries per person.
14) Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for emails not received. Proof of emailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries lost, damaged, delayed or not received by the server. Proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
15) Winners may be required to take part in publicity.
16) The promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
