How Do My Foods Arrive?
Packaging and Shelf Life
Your food will all arrive fresh, and it will not have been frozen. It will arrive in a white card box (which can be easily recycled), insulated and chilled with a specialist cool gel to keep your foods chilled in transit.
As your sausages are delivered fresh they can be frozen for up to 6 months.

How Do I Order?
Browse the online catalogue and order over the web using our secure ordering service.
To order from our web site your browser settings must enable Cookies and Javascript. A Cookie is an element of data that our website sends to your browser which is then stored on your system and is used to identify unique user session. We do not keep any personal information in cookies and they can not be used to identify you. Javascript is used to check validity of input forms and do not alters anything in your system.
When Will I Receive Delivery?
Parcels are delivered to your home or office between 8am – 6pm on Thursday's only as long as your order is placed before 12 midnight on Mondays. For orders placed after 12 midnight on Monday they will be delivered on the Thursday of the following week between the times of 8am – 6pm.
Your orders are made up specifically to order from fresh product daily and are sent in a temperature controlled carton by courier with a 24 hr delivery time. Orders will require a signature upon delivery unless instructions are entered into the "Special Delivery Instructions" box stating where to leave the order. Should the delivery instructions require our courier to leave the box unattended then ownership of that order will pass to the customer as if it were signed for as our courier will have carried out the customers instructions. Our courier will leave a card stating that the order has been delivered. Sally's Sizzling Sausage Co. will not accept any responsibility for orders that go missing after delivery has taken place.
Delivery Charges
Orders over £40 are delivered to mainland Great Britain for free. We cannot deliver to Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands or the Isle of Wight.
For security reasons, unless you have already made arrangements with us, we will not accept orders by e-mail. (Please do not include your credit card details in any e-mail).
