Delivery
Your orders are made up specifically to order from fresh product daily and are sent in a temperature controlled carton by courier with a 24 hr delivery time. Orders will require a signature upon delivery unless instructions are entered into the "Special Delivery Instructions" box stating where to leave the order. Should the delivery instructions require our courier to leave the box unattended then ownership of that order will pass to the customer as if it were signed for as our courier will have carried out the customers instructions. Our courier will leave a card stating that the order has been delivered.
Sally's Sizzling Sausage Co. will not accept responsibility for any orders that go missing after delivery has taken place.
Orders over £40 are delivered to mainland Great Britain for free. We cannot deliver to Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands or the Isle of Wight.
Payment
We accept credit card payments through SecPay for online shopping. We accept all the major credit and debit cards except American Express for internet orders. Payment must be placed at the point of order.

Substitutions
We at Sally’s Sizzling Sausage Co. work to ensure that we delivery the items you have ordered. Should there be a time that we have a limited supply of a certain item that has been ordered we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value at our discretion.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations can only be accepted before 1pm on the day of ordering. Please contact using our "Contact Us" link or telephone us on 020 7213 9474 or fax us on 020 7213 9460. Non delivered orders can be replaced or refunded upon written proof of non-delivery from the courier. Sally’s Sizzling Sausage Co. guarantees you excellence in quality of product and service, if you are unsatisfied with any of your purchases; please contact us through our "Contact Us" link detailing your telephone number and we will call you back to discuss. We shall make every endeavor to ensure you are happy with the service.

Occasionally we may allow carefully screened mailing or offers from Charities or other organisations which we believe would be of interest to you.
